KajoKeji Education Project
The Kajokeji Education Project (KKEP) started in 2018 funded by KCNA members and their friends living in Africa and the US. For the last 4 years, KCNA has been funding 42 secondary students per year. Of the 42, 73% of them are being raised by single mothers, 26% raised by both parents. All parents of the students come from low income families.
The students are in Itula and Idiwa secondary schools at Belameling and Morobi Refugees camps, in Zone I of Parolinya Refugee Camp in Northern Uganda.

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, all students were attending day classes which cost $50 per student per year. However, during the pandemic in 2020, the schools were closed for the whole year.
As of September 2020, students are required to go back to school in two terms for each class, under a boarding arrangement which is more expensive.
Therefore, the KCNA is asking for support to help the students go back to school to finish their studies.
All donations are tax deductable, no administrative costs are attached to this project.
